Karen Alvarez, LEED AP, IESNA
Over the last decade Karen Alvarez has been delivering environments of distinction, sophistication and utility. Each project is carefully tailored to reflect the unique vision of each brand, while addressing the specific operational needs. Her clients benefit from her expertise gained through decades of experience in the high-end design field and her personal commitment to each project.
She has developed projects for leading groups including: Hugo Boss, Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Hudson’s Bay, Starwood Luxury Collection, developers and prominent architectural firms.
Karen is an Accredited Professional by the Green Building Certification Institute and member of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America. She holds a Master’s in Architecture & Lighting from Parsons School of Design, NYC and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Pratt Institute, Brooklyn NY.
